Personnel is no longer available
February 2003

Personnel plays on our perceptions of clothing. These items, captured alone, promote reflection on our social norms by asking the viewer to make two distinct separations. First, it asks the viewer to separate the clothes from the person, thereby defining the difference between duty and obligation. The second distinction this piece asks us to make is more complicated. It asks us what separates an idea from you and the owner of the clothing.
